RMS’ custom fabrication shop is equipped with advanced machinery like the OMAX 80X Waterjet, CNC hydraulic press brakes, and CNC rolls. For each project, the team visits a client’s site to understand the full scope of their requirements, measuring the space needed to accommodate the machine and brainstorming ideas that align with their specifications. The equipment is then designed and modeled in 3D in Solidworks. Once the customer approves it, RMS fabricators use the design to convert it into reality. Each piece is designed and fabricated for a specific application. The machine is then tested and installed to the customer’s satisfaction.

Backed by a team of professionals with extensive knowledge in diverse fields, RMS provides maintenance services for electrical or mechanical issues on commercial or industrial machinery, steam and hot water boilers, plumbing equipment, rigging and moving of equipment, and welding services.

The team also consists of millwrights who help with relocating production lines and shut-down maintenance. It has also established strong relationships with experts from other trades and brings them on board to ensure all client requirements are met in a project.

Delivering high-quality services, RMS has scripted many success stories. One of them involved a client with a blueberry processing line that needed to be rerouted. They reached out to the RMS team for assistance, who created a layout of the room and all their equipment to show them where they would be installed. Then, the conveyors and machinery needed to make the process work were designed, fabricated, and built per client specifications.
