Milan Stankovic, Director of Manufacturing OperationsInitially established to meet the needs of the local electronics industry, Hi-Tech specialises in rapid-turnaround manufacturing of prototypes and small to mid-volume series of rigid, flex and rigid-flex multilayer boards. Being a flexible entity, the company responded to the recent industry shifts by equipping itself to produce larger volumes of highly reliable and quality products.
Currently, Hi-Tech is positioned as a dedicated manufacturer of a wide range of products for the automotive, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, power and medical industries. The company’s investments in advanced manufacturing capabilities enable it to work with diverse materials.
“We constantly remodel Hi-Tech with more flexible processes, new technologies, new departments and people development initiatives to adapt to each new wave in the PCB industry,” says Milan Stankovic, director of manufacturing operations.
The wave of the new millennium favoured Asia, as a significant amount of PCB production migrated to the continent. European companies were only tasked with the production of quick turnaround solutions, particularly for prototype and small to medium-sized volume production. Hi-Tech tailored its investments accordingly to maintain a strong industry position for decades while priming to seize emerging opportunities and anticipate future trends.
Recognising the imminent impact of the Industry 4.0 revolution, Hi-Tech developed its own bespoke enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The cutting-edge ERP has the capability to manage production workflow, trace every manufacturing detail and communicate precise instructions directly to machines.
To fully capitalise on this growth factor, Hi-Tech cultivated arguably the largest computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) engineering workforce among European companies. Each team member holds a university degree in electrical engineering, with most having around 20 years of experience in CAM engineering. This robust team goes above and beyond to provide swift responses and rapid job execution with a standard delivery time of five working days.
The team also offers feedback to customers on design adjustments while ensuring superior product quality and reduced costs. Its wealth of knowledge and expertise in PCB production equips Hi-Tech with the ability to address design requirements with precision.

On-boarding new quality engineers, the company recently expanded its quality department. The physical lab, serving as the methodological hub, has also undergone upgrades, including the incorporation of electronic 4K microscopes. These enhancements enable Hi-Tech to furnish customers with comprehensive and precise information regarding product quality and traceability.
Hi-Tech’s stringent quality protocols recently earned the trust of a major German client, which conducted a thorough audit according to their established procedures. The client was impressed with the standards upheld by Hi-Tech and entrusted it with larger volume projects. Being selected as a key supplier for this client marks a significant milestone for the company, especially in advanced manufacturing for the automotive industry and beyond.
Just like a skilled surfer manoeuvring through the unpredictable waves, Hi-Tech Corporation adeptly navigates the evolving trends in the electronics manufacturing industry, poised to become the trusted ally of businesses seeking top-tier PCB solutions.
